Responsibilities
- Review and administer technical service contracts for maintenance, component support, repair, and engineering services.
- Support contract preparation, negotiation, renewals, amendments, and change requests.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Maintenance, and Legal to achieve SLAs and KPIs.
- Interface with MRO providers, OEMs, suppliers, and service partners.
- Review maintenance scopes, engineering work packages, technical proposals, and supporting documents.
- Prepare reports and recommendations and contribute to investment business cases and management decisions.
- Support audit readiness, validate invoices against contract terms, monitor budgets, and identify savings and process improvements.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree qualified, with at least 10 years of overall experience.
- At least 5 years in a technical contracts engineering role in the aviation or airline industry.
- Experience in technical contract management, engineering documentation review, cost analysis, vendor evaluation, risk assessment, and financial analysis in engineering and maintenance environments.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, maintenance procedures, contract management systems, and ERP systems such as AMOS.
