Digital & Design Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the gallery website through Artlogic.
• Upload artworks, exhibitions, artist profiles, news, and online viewing rooms.
• Design newsletters, invitations, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create visual content and layouts for social media and digital communications.
• Format press releases, media kits, and exhibition documentation.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and printed materials.
• Organize and maintain the gallery's digital archive.
• Support website enhancements and digital projects.
• Assist with exhibition, art fair, and event-related design requirements.
• Prepare branded presentations and proposal decks.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong graphic design, layout, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understanding of branding, typography, and digital content production.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Artlogic or similar content management systems.
• Previous experience within the art, luxury, fashion, cultural, or creative sectors.
• Basic photography, video editing, and content creation skills.
