Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join a fast-growing trading and fintech brand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing engaging short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys storytelling, and is passionate about creating content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, film, edit, and publish high-quality short-form video content on a daily basis.
  • Develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends, platform algorithms, and audience interests.
  • Research viral content, competitors, influencers, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with the company's brand identity and messaging.
  • Participate in content planning sessions, filming days, live events, and creative workshops.
  • Monitor content performance and use analytics to optimise future campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, formats, and best practices.
  • Generate fresh and innovative content concepts that resonate with retail traders and online communities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of producing successful short-form video content.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
  • Proficiency with CapCut and other video editing tools.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience within trading, fintech, finance, cryptocurrency, or related industries would be highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience creating content for trading, investment, fintech, or financial services brands.
  • Strong personal social media presence and understanding of audience growth strategies.
  • Experience using analytics tools to measure content performance.
  • Background working with influencers, creators, or online communities.
