As a Digital & Customer Experience Expert, you will drive the development and implementation of innovative digital strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless digital experiences that meet the evolving needs of our clients and their customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital strategies to optimize customer experience across various online platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and customer needs
- Research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies
- Identify opportunities for improvement and create actionable plans
- Design and implement user-centered digital experiences that align with brand guidelines
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives
- Recommend and implement enhancements to optimize customer journeys
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies and industry best practices
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects to drive digital transformation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing or customer experience roles
- Strong knowledge of digital strategies, customer journey mapping, and user experience design
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Excellent understanding of online platforms and customer behavior
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
