Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a critical transformation stream focused on custom-built, agile-driven digital platform development.This role requires a strong delivery leader with proven expertise in managing large-scale cloud and digital transformation programs, specifically in pure-play Agile environments with custom platform development. The individual will own a key program stream, driving execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment across complex initiatives.
Program / Stream Leadership
- Lead one or more transformation streams within a large enterprise program.
- Drive end-to-end delivery from planning through execution and stabilization.
Custom Platform Delivery
- Oversee design, development, and deployment of custom-built applications and platforms.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, and product teams.
Agile Program Management
- Drive Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies across distributed teams.
- Ensure effective sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and continuous delivery.
Digital & Cloud Transformation
- Lead large-scale cloud-native and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure adoption of modern engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD, microservices architecture).
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including client leadership and program sponsors.
- Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and enable informed decision-making.
Governance & Reporting
- Establish and manage governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting cadence.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely escalations.
Risk & Financial Management
- Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Track budgets, forecasts, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
