Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital channels and web and mobile technologies; Magento knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, with a strong understanding of digital sales and customer journey metrics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables and prioritize digital enhancements.
• Experience coordinating testing, release readiness and the launch of digital features and services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, technology, design and vendor teams.
• Professional certification in Agile/Scrum, PMP or PRINCE2.
