DHA - Registered Nurse / Assistant Nurse

About This Role

We are looking for a Female - DHA Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor On Call team. The role involves accompanying doctors to patients’ homes or other locations, assisting with clinical tasks, and helping deliver high-quality mobile healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, adaptable, and committed to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany physicians during home or on-site patient visits
• Perform initial patient assessments (vital signs, medical history, etc.)
• Administer medications and carry out basic nursing procedures
• Assist during minor medical procedures while following infection control standards
• Document clinical notes and patient data accurately and on time
• Educate patients and families on medications, aftercare, and follow-ups
• Prepare and maintain medical kits and supplies
• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with professional standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility (RN or Assistant Nurse)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• UAE freshers with DHA eligibility are welcome to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mobile healthcare, community nursing, or outreach programs
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
