We are looking for a target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, converting inquiries into sales, and achieving monthly targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote company products and services effectively.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales or bookings.
- Follow up on inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM.
- Handle customer objections and close sales professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Call Center Sales, or Customer Service (sales-focused role preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to handle high call volumes.
- Experience in outbound sales is an advantage.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
