We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and professional
Massage Therapist cum Trainer
to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a candidate who is skilled in therapeutic and spa massage treatments and also passionate about teaching and mentoring students in an educational environment.
Requirements
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility as Massage Therapist
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience preferred
- Experience in:
- Swedish Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
- Aromatherapy
• Relaxation & Spa Therapies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and training students
- Knowledge of CIBTAC / ITEC standards is an advantage
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle clients and students confidently
Job ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage and wellness treatments
- Maintain client consultation and treatment records
- Ensure hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols are followed
- Recommend suitable treatments and homecare advice
- Support clinic sales and client retention
Training Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and theory training sessions
- Train students according to international standards
- Guide students for practical assessments and examinations
- Demonstrate professional treatment procedures
- Assist in maintaining student portfolios and progress records
