We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and responsible Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial, insurance, and administrative operations of our institute and medical center.

The candidate should have experience in accounting, VAT filing, insurance coordination, financial reporting, reconciliation, and administrative support.

Experience

in healthcare, clinics, educational institutes, salons, spas, or aesthetic industries will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, trustworthy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

Accounting & Finance

  • Maintain daily accounts, bookkeeping, and financial records
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase entries
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Follow up on pending payments and outstanding balances
  • Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash management
  • Prepare monthly profit & loss reports and financial summaries
  • Coordinate with auditors for audit preparation and compliance
  • Prepare VAT reports and ensure timely VAT filing
  • Maintain payroll records, staff salary processing, and incentive calculations
  • Track revenue, expenses, and departmental financial performance

Insurance & Medical Billing

  • Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for approvals and claims
  • Process insurance claims submissions and follow-ups
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and documentation
  • Maintain records of approvals, rejections, and claim statuses
  • Coordinate with doctors, reception, and billing departments regarding insurance requirements
  • Ensure timely submission and reconciliation of insurance claims
  • Handle insurance-related documentation and communication professionally
  • Monitor pending insurance payments and follow up for collections
  • Ensure compliance with DHA and insurance regulations

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain student fee records and installment tracking
  • Coordinate with admissions and management regarding payments and reports
  • Maintain supplier and vendor payment schedules
  • Organize financial documents, contracts, and invoices systematically
  • Ensure confidentiality of company financial and patient-related data
  • Support management with budgeting and financial planning

Software & Reporting

  • Update accounting software and Excel reports regularly
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
  • Work with CRM and billing systems such as Zoho, Tally, Excel, or similar software
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of accounting and insurance coordination experience in UAE
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and medical insurance processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in healthcare, education, salon, spa, or aesthetic industry preferred
