Training & Assessment

• Conduct theory and practical classes.
• Demonstrate treatments and supervise student practical sessions.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain student attendance, progress records, and assessments.
• Prepare lesson plans, practical demonstrations, and learning materials.
• Support students in building confidence and industry-ready skills.

Professional Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.
• Maintain training equipment, products, and classroom standards.
• Participate in open days, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Stay updated with current nail and lash industry trends.

Requirements

• ✔ Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Nail Technology and Eyelash Extensions.
• ✔ Previous training or teaching experience preferred.
• ✔ Strong practical skills in:
• Acrylic Nails
• Gel Nails
• Nail Art
• Classic Lashes

• Lash Lift & Tint

• ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• ✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• ✔ International certifications such as:
• CIBTAC
• ITEC
• VTCT
• CIDESCO
• KHDA-approved qualifications
• Equivalent recognized certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Assessor or Trainer qualification.
• Experience teaching international students.
• Experience preparing students for professional certifications.
