Responsibilities
- Lead Kubernetes cluster operations, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production incident resolution.
- Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Rancher Manager and RKE2 clusters; deploy and manage NVIDIA GPU Operator and GPU workloads.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Implement Kubernetes security, RBAC, secrets management, and container security scanning.
- Manage Azure, AWS, and hybrid-cloud infrastructure; automate provisioning with Terraform, Helm, and scripting.
- Support monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools.
Must-have skills
- Strong hands-on Kubernetes administration and advanced troubleshooting experience.
- Practical Rancher Manager installation, configuration, and operations experience.
- Hands-on RKE2 deployment, management, and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with NVIDIA GPU Operator and GPU workloads on Kubernetes; RKE2 is preferred.
- Strong CI/CD automation and GitOps implementation experience.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes security, networking, storage, and container orchestration.
- Cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code experience.
Good-to-have skills
- CKA or CKS certifications; VMware Tanzu, AKS, or EKS experience.
- HashiCorp Vault, Trivy, SonarQube, or AquaSec experience.
- Azure AI Foundry, AI/ML infrastructure integration, or enterprise or regulated-environment experience.
