Exasoft is hiring a DevSecOps Lead / Kubernetes Platform Lead with 8+ years of experience.
The role seeks hands-on expertise in Kubernetes troubleshooting, Rancher Manager, RKE2, GPU Operator deployments, CI/CD automation, and GitOps.
The successful candidate will manage enterprise Kubernetes environments and build secure, scalable cloud-native platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Kubernetes operations, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production incident resolution.
- Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Rancher Manager and RKE2 clusters.
- Deploy and manage NVIDIA GPU Operator on RKE2 and support GPU workloads.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows with tools such as Argo CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Implement Kubernetes security, RBAC, secrets management, and container security scanning.
- Manage Azure, AWS, and hybrid-cloud infrastructure; automate provisioning with Terraform, Helm, and scripting.
- Support monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools.
Required skills and experience
- At least 8 years of experience and strong hands-on Kubernetes administration and advanced troubleshooting.
- Practical Rancher Manager installation, configuration, and operations experience; hands-on RKE2 deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with NVIDIA GPU Operator deployments and GPU workloads on Kubernetes; RKE2 is preferred.
- Strong CI/CD automation and GitOps experience.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes security, networking, storage, and container orchestration.
- Cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code experience.
Preferred qualifications
- CKA or CKS certifications are preferred.
- VMware Tanzu, AKS, or EKS experience is preferred.
- Vault, Trivy, SonarQube, AquaSec, Azure AI Foundry, or AI/ML infrastructure integration experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise or regulated environments is preferred.
