Required Skills

  • Candidates with 3-5 years' experience with the following skills:
  • Strong experience in containerization and container orchestration technologies – Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficient in source code management best practices, use and administration (for example: Git, SVN, GitHub)
  • Very proficient in cross team collaboration
  • Strong background in automation in CI & CD using Jenkins
  • Hands-on experience in application image build and CI & CD tools in cloud native space. Preferably all or any of: Operator Framework, Helm, Docker, and Argo CD
  • Experience in SaaS enabling enterprise applications
  • Experience in automated provisioning, configuration, and deployment of standard operating environments (SOE) (for example Ansible/Chef/Puppet)
  • Proficient with cloud native adoption in any of the major Cloud Providers: AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure or GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
  • Proficient in the use of automated security and code quality tools (for example SonarQube, Lacework)
  • Proficient in CI & CD best practices
  • Hands-on experience in any scripting/programming language. Preferably Python
  • Knowledge of agile/scrum and ability to work in an agile environment
  • Great verbal and written skills in technical documentation (app architecture in cloud, specifications, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS certificates, firewalls, load balancers, and troubleshooting connectivity issues
  • Familiarity with metrics, logs, dashboards, and alerts using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or cloud-native monitoring services
  • Ability to investigate failed pipelines (builds, deployments, container startup failures), and basic Linux issues using logs, events, and diagnostic commands; document findings and escalate appropriately

  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Development knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and work across different projects at the same time
  • Flexibility on working hours (Global company working in different time zones)
