Own automation, CI/CD delivery, and operational reliability for backend, frontend, mobile, and embedded software.
Work primarily in secure, high-performance on-premises environments at an innovation laboratory building AI, robotics, automation, and applied-engineering systems.
Core responsibilities
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or comparable tools.
- Manage Docker production environments, Docker Compose, internal registries, and provisioning.
- Configure Nginx, TLS, DNS, service routing, and firewalls.
- Operate Prometheus/Grafana monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Automate PostgreSQL backups, point-in-time recovery, and disaster recovery.
- Support secure, repeatable release processes across development, staging, and production.
Required qualifications
- At least 4 years of production-grade DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure automation experience.
- Strong Ubuntu Server/Linux administration and advanced Bash and/or Python scripting.
- Production mastery of Docker and Docker Compose.
- Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience with GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
- Advanced Nginx, reverse proxy, TLS, networking, DNS, firewall, and TCP/IP knowledge.
- PostgreSQL backup/restore experience and Prometheus/Grafana monitoring and alert configuration.
Desirable experience
- On-premises environments, self-hosted GitLab CE, HashiCorp Vault, or Keycloak/OIDC.
- Loki/OpenTelemetry, K3s/Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Redis, MQTT, GPU infrastructure, or AI inference environments.
