Vapasi is a five-week returnship program for experienced developers restarting their technology careers after a one- to five-year career break.
The program supports experienced technologists returning to software development.
Program Format
- The program is a five-week full-time training program in Bangalore.
- Training is conducted at the Mahadevapura office.
Program Activities
- Refresh and sharpen programming skills through hands-on sessions.
- Participate in one-on-one mentoring.
- Interact regularly with company leaders and fellow participants.
- Selected candidates work on a live project during the training or internship period.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants need two to five years of hands-on software development experience before taking a career break.
- The career break must have lasted between one and five years.
- Applicants need foundational knowledge of Java, React.js, and any cloud technology.
Program Outcome
- Selected candidates will be paid during the training or internship period.
- A full-time role may be extended based on performance.
