• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience, training, and related professional certifications.
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong Apex development skills
• Experience building custom Salesforce solutions
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and own projects from discovery through deployment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Highly Preferred
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience
• Experience supporting Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) organizations
• Wealth management, financial services, banking, or fintech industry experience
• Salesforce certifications
• Experience leveraging Salesforce Flows and automation tools
• Experience documenting requirements and solution designs

• Experience supporting advisors, operations teams, client service teams, or financial planning organizations
• Understanding of households, relationships, financial accounts, client onboarding workflows, and other Financial Services Cloud concepts
• Experience working within a regulated financial environment

• We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation is determined on an individual basis and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and market conditions. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation based on responsibilities and performance.
