Qualifications

  • The Associate Business Intelligence Analyst position typically requires the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer and Information Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Early-career candidates and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience may include internships, academic projects, or professional experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of business intelligence, data analytics, or analytics engineering.
  • Hands-on experience or demonstrated exposure to Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Fabric through coursework, internships, projects, or professional experience.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data warehouses, data lake environments, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a project-based environment.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with an interest in continuing to build technical expertise in business intelligence and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic familiarity with responsible AI use, including prompting, data privacy, security, and AI governance.
  • Experience or interest in working with remote or offshore analytics teams.
  • Exposure to regulated, audit-sensitive, or compliance-driven environments.

  • We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 , with final pay determined by experience, skills, and location. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation based on responsibilities and performance.
