Develop IIoT systems and integrate them with the Advantage+ Elite monitoring platform.
Oversee prototype IoT device and network installation in industrial environments, ensuring compatibility, reliable connectivity, and effective data collection and processing.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement IIoT devices and systems with integrated software and network interfaces.
- Build secure architectures for reliable data flow between devices and cloud platforms; test and troubleshoot system performance and security.
- Collaborate with product, hardware, and data teams; research emerging IoT technologies and methods.
- Ensure privacy, cybersecurity, and interoperability compliance; prepare architecture diagrams, user guides, and specifications.
- Monitor deployed systems, deliver hardware and software updates, and track IoT, cloud, and edge technology developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Controls, or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of related industry experience.
- Strong understanding of Azure services and cloud architecture.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python, plus Azure CLI or PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge of Azure RBAC and Active Directory; experience with Azure Data Factory, Kusto, or Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Familiarity with microservices, Docker, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
