Main Scope

Prepare the electrical design for the products.

Prepare wire cutting list.

Prepare cable tray layout and cable routing.

Estimate the electrical bill of materials outside control panel.

Prepare specification sheets for electrical items.

Create item codes for electrical items.

Prepare gland plate and mounting plate drawing.

Prepare the holes for cable passing within the unit.

Education Level

Degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC or similar industry.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge in Mechanical Layout or Electrical wiring, components, and symbols.
  • Good HVAC System knowledge.
  • Knowledge in 3D Design. Inventor, Auto-CAD, MS office and Revit 3.

Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge about electrical components and Instruments of ABB, Siemens, Carel, Danfoss, Honeywell and others.
  • Knowledge about using E-plan and AutoCAD for making wiring diagram and layout drawings.
  • Ability to prepare all necessary electrical documents, specification, estimates and reports.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IEC, NEMA and other international standards along with local regulations pertaining to equipment handled.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office tools and ERP systems.

Main Performance Areas, Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities

  • Prepare wire cutting list.
  • Prepare cable tray layout and cable routing.

  • Process the work orders
  • Process modifications

Follow all guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of yourself and your colleagues.

6.

Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and evacuation routes.

7.

Report immediately any incident/Accident, potential hazards or unsafe conditions promptly.
