Project Overview - This project engages specialized design consultants to support the Visitor Experience (VX)

in reviewing and elevating initiatives across tourism assets, ensuring that designs deliver immersive, visitor-centric experiences aligned with destination branding and experiential objectives.

The consultants will guide the process through concept, detailed design, and implementation stages, integrating digital elements and facilitating collaborative workshops.

Support the development and refinement of Visitor Experience (VX) initiative concepts across identified tourism assets

Define experience flow and visitor journey mapping for Signature Moments

Ensure alignment with destination brand strategy and experiential objectives

Recommend integration of digital elements into experiences

Facilitate and lead workshops and ideation sessions with stakeholders

Review and support development of concept and detailed design submissions

Assess visitor journey flow, accessibility, and inclusivity

Identify and address gaps impacting visitor engagement or experiential value

Provide structured feedback and recommendations throughout design stages

Attend coordination meetings and deliver formal review reports and presentations

Scope of Work

Support the development and refinement of VX Initiative concepts across identified tourism assets

Define experience flow and visitor journey mapping for Signature Moments

Ensure alignment with destination brand strategy and experiential objectives

Recommend integration of digital elements

Facilitate and lead workshops/ideation sessions with internal and external stakeholders

Review and support the development of concept design submissions

Assess visitor journey flow, accessibility, and inclusivity

Identify gaps impacting visitor engagement or experiential value

Provide structured feedback and recommendations

Review detailed design packages and ensure design intent is maintained

Assess integration of interactive, multimedia, and technology-driven components

Attend design coordination meetings and provide formal review reports

Prepare presentations as needed

Support stakeholder reviews and leadership presentations

Support the reviewing of existing and new tourism assets (e.g., Museums, cultural sites), journeys, flows, and experiences

Demonstrated expertise in design and experiential advisory services, preferably within tourism, culture, or visitor-focused environments

Strong knowledge of visitor journey mapping, accessibility, inclusivity, and brand strategy alignment

facilitating workshops and ideation sessions with stakeholders

Ability to review and provide feedback on both concept and detailed design packages

Proficiency in recommending and integrating digital and technology-driven elements

Effective communication, reporting, and presentation skills
