Graphic Design Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• You will be designing creative and impactful visual content across multidisciplinary design areas including branding, campaign design, presentations, social media assets, reports, infographics, and event collateral.
• You will be supporting the Special Projects Team in conceptualizing and executing high-profile initiatives and strategic communication materials.
• You will be ensuring all designs align with Dubai Future Foundation’s visual identity and brand standards.
• You will be collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, project leads, and external partners to develop compelling visual narratives.
• You will be researching current design trends and integrating innovative approaches into creative outputs.
• You will be creating high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns, executive presentations, events, and strategic initiatives.
• You will be preparing design files and production-ready artwork for both digital and print applications.
• You will be managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines.
• You will be participating actively in brainstorming sessions, team reviews, and creative discussions.
• You will be ensuring all design outputs comply with industry standards and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.

• Who We're Looking For?
• You will have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• You will have 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work.
• You will have proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• You will have a strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling across digital and print media.
• You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• You will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• You will have familiarity with motion graphics, multimedia content development, or Generative AI tools, which is considered a plus.
• You will have an understanding of marketing, communication, and campaign development principles.
• You will have experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• You will have experience with Arabic content development, which is considered advantageous.
