We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Deputy Finance Manager
to support financial operations within a
QCB-regulated bank or exchange house
.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, regulatory reporting experience, and a solid understanding of financial controls and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of
- financial statements
- ,
- management reports
- , and
- regulatory submissions
- Support
- year-end closing
- ,
- external audits
- , and coordination with auditors
- Ensure compliance with
Ifrs And Ias
- and
- QCB regulations
- Contribute to
- budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
- , and performance reporting
- Monitor financial controls and support risk and compliance requirements
- Assist with
- liquidity management
- ,
- FX transactions
- , and exchange house operations (where applicable)
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data within
- ERP systems
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance
- , or a related field
- **CPA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent)**
- is preferred
- **3–5 years of experience**
- in finance or accounting within a
- QCB-regulated bank or exchange house
- Strong knowledge of
Ifrs And Ias
- Good understanding of
- QCB regulatory requirements
- and compliance reporting
- Hands-on experience with
- ERP systems
- and financial software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
