Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi for a Department of Health Registered Nurse.
The Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality patient care by monitoring patient health conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
The role also involves patient and family education, documentation of medical records, and adherence to healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
The nurse will primarily work in home nursing, medical staffing, or corporate settings, depending on placement.
Qualifications
- Valid Department of Health (DOH) license or eligibility to obtain one in the UAE
- Clinical expertise in patient care, medication administration, and health condition monitoring
- Proficiency in patient and family communication, education, and counseling
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical records and reports
- Familiarity with healthcare and safety regulations, infection control procedures, and quality standards
- Flexibility to work in diverse settings including home care, schools, corporations, and healthcare facilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a similar healthcare setting
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
- Proficiency in English communication; Arabic is a plus
