Join the healthcare team as a Dental Coder, handling preapprovals, invoicing, claims, and resubmissions.
Support accurate and timely claim processing, insurance-policy compliance, and revenue-cycle management.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure coding meets regulatory and insurance requirements; handle dental procedure preapprovals and follow up with insurers.
- Resolve preapproval issues with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Prepare accurate invoices and coordinate with finance on timely billing.
- Submit medical claims, track status, correct rejected or denied claims, and resolve discrepancies with insurers.
- Stay current on coding, billing, insurance policies, and regulations; maintain detailed records and produce activity reports.
- Follow and support hospital infection-control programs.
Requirements and preferences
- Strong medical coding background, including preapprovals, invoicing, submissions, and resubmissions.
- Two years of dental coding experience is preferred.
- CPC certification is preferred.
- Comply with HIPAA, local UAE healthcare regulations, and other applicable requirements.
