Role overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers and support activities; assign and monitor service calls, client visits, projects, and technical tasks.
• Handle escalations and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user access.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Outlook, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls, VPN, VLAN, NAT, routing, switches, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Manage servers, RAID, NAS, backups, disaster recovery, virtualization, endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, patching, firewall logs, and system security.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, telephony, and other infrastructure; plan IT infrastructure for new clinics and offices.
• Coordinate with EMR vendors, ISPs, Microsoft, CCTV vendors, and other providers; support EMR servers, databases, and Malaffi-related infrastructure.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, network diagrams, access records, documentation, and service reports; conduct infrastructure assessments, cybersecurity checks, hardening, and risk identification.
• Support ADHICS Version 2.0 technical controls, evidence, CAPA, mock audits, and audit readiness; assist with ADHICS/AAMEN/Tasneef audits.
• Ensure access, password, logging, backup, network segregation, and other security controls; review engineers' work and support request closure.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for AMC clients and communicate with clinic management, vendors, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Visit client locations when required and take ownership of critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support operations.

Required technical skills

• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025; Active Directory and Group Policy; Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
• Fortinet/FortiGate; VLAN, VPN, NAT, routing, DNS, DHCP; Hyper-V/virtualization; NAS and backup solutions.
• Endpoint security/antivirus/EDR; Windows 10/11; server hardware and RAID; CCTV and basic telephony.
• Cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, computer applications, engineering, or a related field; minimum 4–6 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving; good communication and client-management skills; ability to manage multiple clients and technical projects.
• Team leadership or IT management experience preferred.
• UAE experience preferred; UAE driving licence is advantageous.
• Healthcare IT, clinics, pharmacies, EMR/HIS, Malaffi, ADHICS Version 2.0, AAMEN, Tasneef audits, ISO 27001, cybersecurity audits, or CAPA experience is advantageous.
• Microsoft, Fortinet, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001, or other cybersecurity certifications preferred.
• Must be hands-on with complex troubleshooting, guide engineers, visit client locations when required, and own critical infrastructure and support operations.

Pay

• AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
