Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient assessments and prepare dental rooms for planned treatments.
- Assist the dentist with surgical, restorative, pediatric, and cosmetic procedures.
- Clean and disinfect dental units and sterilize instruments under infection-control policies and protocols.
- Coordinate treatment approvals with the insurance coordinator and appointments with reception.
- Complete required documentation for patients seen.
- Check dental supplies stock, anticipate needs, place and expedite orders, and verify deliveries.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Nursing or another related course.
- DOH license as a Dental Assistant or Registered Nurse.
- More than two years of dental-assisting experience; three years is listed as preferred.
- Able to meet DOH documentation requirements.
- Well organized, efficient, energetic, and driven.
- HAAD/DOH Dental License is listed as preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is listed from AED 1.00 per month; salary package is to be discussed during the interview.
