Workplace
- Hybrid schedule: onsite at least three days per week, with the option to work remotely the other two days.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead Purchasing Analysts to improve forecast accuracy, team performance, supply chain outcomes, and customer service.
- Oversee supervisory functions for the assigned region.
- Plan and purchase inventory for multiple suppliers supporting a multi-tier distribution network; manage supplier relationships and lead regional analysts.
- Develop employees through performance management and development plans, supporting succession planning.
- Translate marketing, sales, and corporate forecasts into inventory levels balanced with service-level outcomes.
- Monitor inventory health and surplus or deficit, identify systemic issues, coordinate short-term actions, and partner on long-term solutions.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience; or high school diploma/GED plus 7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
