Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead Purchasing Analysts, ensure forecast and performance accuracy, and oversee proper execution of work procedures.
• Perform supervisory functions for the assigned region.
• Plan and purchase inventory for multiple suppliers in a multi-tiered distribution network and manage supplier relationships.
• Develop team members through performance management and development plans and support succession planning.
• Translate marketing, sales, and corporate forecasts into inventory plans balanced against service outcomes.
• Monitor inventory health and surplus or deficit, identify systemic issues, and create short-term and long-term action plans with partners.

Required education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience; or high school diploma/GED with 7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
