DEMAND PLANNING ANALYST

Role overview

Work arrangement

• Employees are required to report to the Dallas office four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
• Analyze data and research findings to draw conclusions about potential work-area impacts.
• Coordinate supply chain analysis and improve product-line forecast accuracy with partner functions.
• Support daily demand planning, S&OP development, demand analytics, and demand-capacity alignment.
• Use BI software to improve supply chain processes and provide analysis for management decisions.
• Manage inventory against compliance and investment targets; monitor metrics and recommend reporting improvements.
• Perform cost and profit modeling using capacity-planning tools.
• Additional area duties may include sales and operations planning or freight.

Required experience and education

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Competencies

• Knowledge of technical, process, and business principles, industry practices, and standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time, and handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
