Konrad seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead execution and delivery of digital and AI solutions.
The role owns execution quality, process optimization, resource allocation, and timeline accountability across a portfolio of engagements.
The role works with senior leadership, client partners, and cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and strategists.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital and AI initiatives, including timelines, scope, resources, and budgets.
- Lead daily delivery cadence for product, design, and engineering teams; establish roadmaps, milestones, and transparent client reporting.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, technical bottlenecks, and scope changes.
- Improve agile frameworks, governance, workflows, and delivery quality; oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives.
- Manage team capacity and resourcing, integrate AI tools and automated practices, and mentor digital team members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical project management, delivery management, or agile program leadership in digital consulting or product environments.
- Proven delivery of complex digital and AI products across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile/Scrum, modern technical architectures, and AI/ML integrations.
- Experience managing multi-project portfolios, resourcing plans, and budgets; refining workflows, metrics, and quality assurance processes.
- Strong organization, risk management, problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and team mentoring experience.

Compensation
- Estimated compensation is $120,000 to $140,000; the offer may vary based on education, experience, skills, abilities, and market data.
