About the company

Adree, a subsidiary of Master Works, provides digital solutions across quality assurance, quality control, low-code/no-code development, application performance, and application lifecycle management.

Role overview

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and digital solutions within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead software development, digital transformation, and IT projects from initiation through deployment and handover; manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate software development, QA, DevOps, business analysis, and other technical teams; serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, governance, and performance monitoring.
  • Resolve risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies; manage vendor and technology partner relationships.
  • Ensure business, technical, quality, and compliance requirements are met; manage capacity, workload, and delivery priorities.
  • Monitor financial performance, coordinate planning and reporting, and ensure effective testing, QA, deployment, and client handover.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field; 6–8+ years of relevant experience and at least 3 years in a Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar leadership role.
  • Experience delivering large-scale enterprise software, web, mobile, or digital transformation projects; strong client-facing delivery and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing vendors and technology partners; strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid delivery.
  • Understanding of SDLC, software development, cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, enterprise applications, project finances, resource planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
  • Experience with .NET, Azure, OutSystems, Creatio, or similar platforms is preferred; Jira, Confluence, and MS Project experience is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and team leadership skills, including leading without direct hierarchical authority.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications are preferred. Consultancy, system integrator, client-site delivery, and Saudi/GCC market experience are preferred.
