Role overview

Project delivery and coordination

• Lead project initiation and Sales handover; review contracts, SOWs, POs, deliverables, commercial milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, forecasts, baselines, and formally approved changes.
• Manage kickoffs, communication, risks, issues, change requests, reporting, steering committees, and escalations.
• Coordinate AI delivery from discovery and requirements through design, data preparation, model development or configuration, integration, deployment, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Track model performance measures such as precision, recall, false positives, latency, monitoring, and retraining where applicable.
• Monitor datasets, environments, GPUs, edge devices, camera streams, APIs, infrastructure, security reviews, licenses, and third-party integration readiness.

Governance, delivery, and closeout

• Coordinate technical validation, security and privacy approvals, UAT, production readiness, training, handover, service transition, and technical sign-offs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors; resolve blockers, resource constraints, and delivery dependencies.
• Coordinate site readiness, permits, logistics, safety, and vendor mobilization for field and edge AI deployments.
• Track budgets, resource utilization, timesheets, vendor POs, cost-to-complete, financial milestones, invoicing, and margin exposure.
• Coordinate signed acceptance documents and completion certificates; manage quality assurance, defects, UAT, support SLAs, and formal client acceptance.
• Lead project closure, documentation handover, lessons learned, financial reconciliation, and transition to support or managed services.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project delivery experience, including at least 2 years managing AI, analytics, computer vision, software/platform, or complex integration projects.
• Knowledge of PMI-aligned project practices and experience with Agile or hybrid delivery.
• Practical understanding of AI/ML delivery and dependencies in data, integration, infrastructure, model validation, and production readiness.
• Enterprise client and vendor experience, including SOWs, POs, budgets, invoicing milestones, and formal acceptance.
• Strong English communication, project leadership, organization, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and tools such as MS Project and Jira.
• Able to manage confidential information and willing to work onsite with clients and travel within Saudi Arabia.

Preferred qualifications

• Professional Arabic is highly desirable for client-facing delivery in Saudi Arabia.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification; AI project management training or certification such as CPMAI.
• Experience with smart cities, video analytics/CCTV, edge AI, Generative AI, cloud or on-premises deployments, or government programs.
• Exposure to Saudi client environments, site and traffic-safety governance, data protection, and cybersecurity processes.
• Experience using enterprise project and resource management systems.
