Adree seeks a results-driven Delivery Manager to lead complex technology projects and digital solutions through delivery within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget.

Project delivery and leadership
- Lead software development, digital transformation, and IT projects from initiation through deployment and handover.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate software development, QA, DevOps, business analysis, and other technical functions.
- Act as primary client and stakeholder contact for expectations, requirements, escalations, and delivery updates.
- Manage Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methods, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery governance.
Governance and execution
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, sprint velocity, burndown, defect rates, and milestone completion.
- Resolve risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies; manage vendor and technology partner relationships.
- Ensure solutions meet business, technical, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Manage resources, team capacity, workload, delivery priorities, and financial performance against the approved budget.
- Coordinate planning, status reporting, governance meetings, executive updates, testing, QA, deployment, and client handover.
- Drive improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews.
Experience and education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–8 or more years in IT delivery, project management, software development management, or digital transformation.
- At least 3 years in a Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar leadership role.
- Proven delivery of large-scale enterprise software, web, mobile, or digital transformation projects.
Technical and delivery qualifications
- Strong client-facing project delivery and stakeholder management experience; experience managing external vendors, third-party providers, and technology partners.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid delivery methods.
- Good understanding of SDLC, software development, cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
- .NET, Azure, OutSystems, Creatio, or similar enterprise platform experience is preferred.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project; strong understanding of financial management, resource planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; able to lead cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority.
Preferred qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications are preferred.
- Technology consultancy, system integrator, or client-site delivery experience is preferred.
- Saudi or GCC market experience is preferred.
