Delivery Manager

About This Role

The role of Delivery Manager – International IT is to deliver tech for tech projects, work very closely with International IT/ Business and internal teams to deliver technology requirements. He/she will be responsible for handling end to end deliverables to International IT/Business team. He/ She should be well versed win delivering Infrastructure, technology, banking application projects.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology delivery/program management in banking sector, within Infrastructure, Cloud, banking applications, and banking/technology domains.
• Proven track record delivering medium-to-large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., Infrastructure refresh & upgrades, Migration to cloud, technology modernization, and banking applications migrations).
• Experience in AWS/Azure, Microsoft, Network & Firewall technologies
• Experience in project management and technology implementation with good exposure
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• Skilled in planning, resource coordination, budget tracking, vendor management, and risk/issue resolution.
• Experience with project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, & Confluence).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an initiative-taking mindset.
• Ensure risks and issues are documented, regularly reviewed, and escalated appropriately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Dynamic, flexible with elevated level of energy and positive outlook.
• Hands on experience in handling Microsoft Project (MPP), Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) & Agile certification preferred.
• Any relevant certifications are desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Strong knowledge on IT Infrastructure and its underlying components.
