About This Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce implementations, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources effectively
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and quality standards
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and business analysts
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans
  • Oversee release management, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within delivery processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce delivery/implementation roles
  • Strong knowledge of: Salesforce Sales Cloud,Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
  • Integration (APIs, middleware)
  • Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce programs/projects
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., PMP, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or similar)
  • Prior experience working in the Middle East/UAE market
  • Knowledge of data migration, security models, and DevOps tools
