Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect the enterprise DevOps platform to support a large and growing user base, ensuring scalability, resilience, and multi-tenant performance across the organization.
• Define, instrument, and track team maturity metrics using DORA (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Change Failure Rate, and Time to Restore Service), alongside MTTR, adoption, and service performance KPIs — and benchmark against industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the team toward DevOps maturity through the adoption of AI — leveraging AI/ML for intelligent automation, predictive incident detection, anomaly detection, automated remediation, code quality analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Own service delivery, SLAs/SLOs, incident, problem, and change management following ITIL practices.
• Ensure reliability, availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery (DR), and platform governance at enterprise scale.
• Lead DevOps platform modernization, upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives, including AI-augmented tooling and workflows.
• Drive CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, observability, DevSecOps, and release governance best practices.
• Manage security, compliance, audit readiness, and risk controls.
• Partner with business, engineering, security, and vendor teams to align the DevOps roadmap with organizational objectives.
