Delivery Lead - Digital Products Wealth

Role overview

Delivery and stakeholder responsibilities

• Align strategic initiatives with business objectives and shape long-term delivery strategy with business Tribe Leads and senior leaders.
• Manage dependencies for digital product epics and features across IT platforms, including backlog priority, delivery commitments, progress tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee Agile initiative delivery, improve Agile maturity, lead cross-functional teams, and facilitate collaboration.
• Serve as an escalation point for internal stakeholders and vendors; align delivery goals and timelines.
• Track and report OKRs, KPIs, delivery status, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback, Agile retrospectives, and lessons learned.

Portfolio, resources, and releases

• Support product funding and budget utilization tracking, conduct Tribe portfolio reviews, and provide updates for PMO portfolio reviews.
• Manage Tribe resource capacity; support resource demands, hiring, placement, and fitment interviews.
• Facilitate new squad setup and demand sizing; identify and onboard vendors and partners and track their deliveries.
• Coordinate IT platforms and teams for releases and own end-to-end release management; guide other Delivery Leads in the domain.
• Oversee product OPEX, AMCs, technical health, resilience, and production issue resolution against required SLAs.

Qualifications and experience

• Graduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 4 years of Agile function experience, 3 years of release management experience, and 3 years of Wealth domain experience.
• At least 5 years of banking or financial domain experience and 10 years of overall experience.
• At least 3 years of Banking IT industry expertise and 3 years of technical Banking IT expertise.
• Experience owning and implementing customer-facing channels.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 or PMP project management methods and Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• AWS or Azure Solutions Architect certification; leadership and Agile management capability.

Domain knowledge

• Detailed understanding of Wealth portfolio and order management, Wealth asset classes including bonds, funds, stocks, and IPOs, and equity trading, MIP, Lombard lending, and market pricing.
• Stay current on digital asset trading, regulations for new asset classes, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and biometrics.
