Role overview
The Delivery Lead co-owns and facilitates delivery of Wealth Tribe initiatives with tribe leads and product owners.
The role fosters collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, and engineering culture among squads.
Domain knowledge
- Strong domain and problem-solving skills and functional understanding of banking in the context of Wealth Management.
- Understanding of wealth portfolio and order management processes and asset classes including bonds, funds, stocks, and IPOs.
- Detailed understanding of equity trading, MIP, Lombard lending, and market pricing.
- Keep current with digital asset trading, regulations around new asset classes, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and biometrics.
Delivery and platform responsibilities
- Guide project teams and support informed decisions by applying wealth-management domain knowledge.
- Help achieve high platform stability and compliance with non-functional requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
