Dealing Executive – Forex & CFD

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Monitor trade execution, client orders, confirmations, spreads, slippage, and execution quality.
• Track client positions, exposure, P&L, market conditions, and trading activity; identify unusual or high-risk activity.
• Assist with A-Book, B-Book, and hybrid execution and monitor toxic flow, arbitrage, latency trading, and other abusive practices.
• Support hedging and coordinate with liquidity providers; monitor liquidity, pricing, spreads, and execution.
• Assist with MT4, MT5, cTrader, CQG, or similar platform monitoring and coordinate issues across internal teams.
• Investigate discrepancies, execution issues, rejected orders, and client complaints; maintain records and daily trading reports.
• Follow company policies, risk limits, and regulatory requirements; support high-volatility periods and escalate significant issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Forex, CFD, brokerage, dealing, trading operations, or a related field.
• Good understanding of FX and CFD markets, financial instruments, and trading terminology.
• Knowledge of MT4, MT5, cTrader, CQG, or similar platforms; understanding of A-Book, B-Book, and hybrid execution models.
• Basic understanding of liquidity providers, aggregation, hedging, spreads, slippage, and execution.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make timely decisions while monitoring multiple activities.
• Good understanding of risk management and client exposure monitoring; strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including during major market sessions when required.
