Back Office Staff

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage daily back-office and administrative activities related to Forex trading operations.
• Maintain records of client transactions, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial activities.
• Verify and process transaction information and supporting documents; assist with client account and payment reconciliation.
• Coordinate operational matters with Finance, Dealing, Compliance, and Customer Support teams.
• Monitor records of deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and internal transfers; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain files for transaction records, invoices, payment confirmations, and other business documents.
• Assist with invoice processing and purchase order tracking where required.
• Review reports for discrepancies and escalate issues; support account and client administration.
• Maintain accurate CRM and trading-platform records, complete work on time, and perform other assigned back-office duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, financial services, Forex, CFD, banking, or a similar environment.
• Basic understanding of Forex/CFD trading and financial transactions.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, numerical and analytical skills, organization, and time management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial and client information and work independently and within a team.
