Position overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new property, management, and product agreements and maintain accurate standard documentation.
• Manage quoting, approved pricing, margins, fee and product implementation, renewals, and renegotiations.
• Capture contract data, maintain fee dashboards and revenue allocations, and implement revenue controls.
• Review property exit documentation and fees and resolve fee change requests.
• Support revenue and product correspondence and prepare recurring or ad hoc reports.
• Answer contract, fee, and revenue questions from teams and clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Sales Operations, Finance, and Accounts Receivable to ensure agreements are accurately booked and recognized.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, follow-up, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to take ownership, work through ambiguity, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, including 2 or more years of related experience.
• Experience with contracts, fees, and/or sales.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with Conservice systems and software is preferred.
• Familiarity with SFDC, SQL, and/or Power BI is a plus.
• Understanding of Conservice departments and services is preferred.
