About MotoArk and the role
MotoArk is an AI-driven automotive spare parts marketplace with a European presence and expanding commercial operations in the UAE.
The manager owns data, the parts catalogue, CRM, and cloud infrastructure, working closely with the CTO and COO.
The hands-on role combines data operations, catalogue management, CRM administration, and cloud infrastructure management.
Data and catalogue operations
- Manages APIs and data ingestion across platforms, databases, and partners; runs routine scraping and data enrichment.
- Maintains catalogue accuracy, verifies catalogue data, and reviews manual seller parts submissions before listings go live.
- Identifies and resolves data, catalogue, and system performance issues; monitors and reports catalogue coverage and data quality.
Systems, vendors, and support
- Owns Azure environments, including performance, server efficiency, security, access management, and OTPs.
- Manages Zoho CRM workflows, templates, and datasets, as well as configuration and performance of Zoho One finance modules.
- Manages vendors and configuration work across data, CRM, cloud, and catalogue systems; supports buyer and seller tickets through the admin portal.
- Documents data flows, integrations, configurations, and access controls, and helps keep systems reliable and support effective.
Experience and technical qualifications
- Experience in data operations, data engineering, systems administration, or similar technical operations is required.
- Requires hands-on APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and web scraping; strong SQL and working knowledge of Python or similar scripting.
- Requires practical Microsoft Azure administration experience, including monitoring, security, and access management.
- Requires experience configuring Zoho CRM and Zoho One; Zoho Books or other Zoho finance experience is a strong advantage.
Additional qualifications
- Strong written and spoken English is required; Arabic is desirable.
- Requires attention to detail, ownership of data quality, independent initiative, vendor management, and stakeholder communication.
- UAE experience is preferred. Automotive parts data experience is a strong advantage; marketplace, e-commerce, or technology experience is advantageous but not essential.
Working model
- The role is hybrid and flexible, including work from home where appropriate.
- Requires availability for UAE office attendance and team meetings, with reasonable flexibility to address critical system or data issues.
