🚀Title: Data Migration Lead – Core Banking Programme
📍Location : Dubai- onsite
🗓Duration : 1 year contract
⏰ Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 30 days
🔒 Key Requirements:
Education & Certifications
- Postgraduate /Engineer
Experience
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Core banking transformation/ data migration with at least 5 years in system implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing core banking systems, particularly Oracle Flexcube.
- Experience in requirements management, Gap analysis and solutioning.
Technical Skills
- Preferred to have experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE configurations of products and processes.
- Proven track record of successful system integrations and data migrations
Behavioural Skills
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing core banking transformation projects
- Experience in implementing and supporting core banking systems
