About Us
Qutoof Group operates in fresh fruits & vegetables retail, online delivery, e-commerce, and food & beverage businesses across Qatar.
We move fast, deal with a high volume of products/orders, and need organized people who can keep data clean and accurate without turning everything into chaos.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter and update product, inventory, supplier, and sales data into company systems
- Maintain accurate records for pricing, stock, invoices, and purchase orders
- Upload and organize products on e-commerce platforms and internal systems
- Verify data accuracy and fix errors quickly
- Prepare reports using Excel / Google Sheets
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and accounting teams
- Organize digital files and documents
- Assist with basic admin and office tasks when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry, admin, or office support preferred
- Good English skills (Arabic is a plus)
- **Fast typing and strong attention to detail**
- Experience with Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to work under pressure and handle large amounts of data
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
- Experience with ERP systems or Odoo is a bonus
Preferred
- Experience in retail, supermarket, grocery, or food businesses
- Familiar with inventory and product management
- Basic understanding of invoices and accounting documents
