🚀 We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Orders Data entry Admin
Job Role
1.
Oversee daily e-commerce operations including order processing, fulfilment accuracy, product availability, and smooth coordination with warehouses and delivery partners.
2.
Coordinate warehouse activities such as picking, packing, receiving, dispatch orders
3.
Handle customer service operations including inquiries, complaints, return requests, and communication with delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. 2-5 years of experience in last-mile delivery, e-commerce order processing
2.
Strong knowledge of delivery management systems, e-commerce platforms, and order processing tools.
3.
Excellent coordination skills with drivers, warehouse teams, and customer service teams.
4.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage peak periods, and handle time-sensitive operations.
5.
Strong Excel skills for reporting and operational tracking.
