Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter financial and client data into company systems and databases.
- Maintain and update records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Verify data for errors, discrepancies, and missing information.
- Prepare reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Organize and manage digital and physical files efficiently.
- Coordinate with accounting and administrative teams for data collection.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
- Assist with document preparation and administrative tasks when required.
- Follow company data management policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
