Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Assistant based in our Abu Dhabi office.
The Data Entry Assistant will be primarily responsible for inputting, organising, and maintaining data with high accuracy.
Additional responsibilities include verifying information, preparing reports, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring confidential client information is handled securely.
Attention to detail and efficiency are key to excelling in this position.
Qualifications
- **Must be fluent in Arabic and English, including reading, writing, and speaking. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.**
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including organisation and scheduling
- Strong Computer Literacy and Typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting effectively with team members and clients
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is an advantage
