Noorka Logistics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our team in **Dubai**.

This role is ideal for an individual with excellent typing skills and a strong focus on accuracy who can efficiently manage and maintain company data to support smooth logistics and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and management systems.
  • Verify information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
  • Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries as required.
  • Coordinate with departments to collect and update operational information.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company and customer data.
  • Assist with document management and administrative support tasks.
  • Perform routine data audits and maintain high standards of data quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
