IT Support Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system security and reliability.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, email systems, and access permissions.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT documentation, support tickets, and asset inventory records.
• Assist with the implementation of new software, hardware, and technology solutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and network administration.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
